The Rotary Club of Panaji hosted an engaging and inspiring weekly meeting on 22nd July 2026 , featuring Mark Seagraves , a former English professional footballer , Who Played for Liverpool, Manchester City, Bolton Wanderers and Norwich in the English League Mark shared his wealth of experience from the world of professional football and his passion for grassroots player development. A major focus of the session was the importance of grassroots football .
